Orvea is a nutrition and meal-planning app that is still in development — it hasn't launched yet. This notice covers only the orvea.app website and the waitlist. When the app opens, we'll publish a full Privacy Policy and Terms of Use that cover your account and everything the app does.
What we collect
- The email address you give us to join the waitlist.
- Optionally, your answer to the single survey question (“Where do your saved recipes live today?”), if you choose to answer it.
- Standard technical logs kept by our website host to run and secure the site. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other websites.
Why we collect it
To email you once, when Orvea opens to new members. The optional survey answer helps us build the right thing. That's it — no other emails, no spam.
Where it's stored
Securely with our database provider (Supabase), in Australia. When we email you, we use an email delivery provider (Resend). We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.
What we never do
We never sell your details, never share them for advertising, and never send you anything other than the Orvea update you signed up for.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist and delete your details at any time — just reply to any email from us, or contact support@orvea.app. If Orvea does not launch, we'll delete the waitlist.
