These short terms cover your use of the orvea.app website and the waitlist while Orvea is in development. The app itself isn't available yet. When it launches, a full Terms of Use will apply to your Orvea account and will replace these.
Using this site
The website is here to tell you about Orvea and to let you join the waitlist. Please use it lawfully, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload or misuse it.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist lets us email you when Orvea opens (see Privacy & data). It doesn't create an account, and it doesn't commit you to buying anything. Any pricing shown on the site is indicative and may change before launch.
Information only
Everything on this site is general information about a product still in development, provided on an “as is” basis. It is not medical, dietary or health advice, and the features and pricing described may change or may not ship exactly as shown.
Our content
The Orvea name, logo and the content of this site belong to us. Please don't copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. When the app launches, its full Terms of Use will set out your rights and ours in detail.
